Welcome to Palaura, an AI assistant accessible through iMessage and our web platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Eligibility

To use Palaura, you must:

Description of Service

Palaura provides:

  • Notes & Memory: Remember important information you share, and recall it when you need it
  • Reminders: Set and deliver one-time or recurring reminders
  • Lists: Create and manage lists such as grocery lists, to-do lists, and wish lists
  • Expense Tracking: Record expenses, track balances, and manage settlements
  • Media Processing: Process photos, voice messages, documents, and other files you share
  • Information Lookup: Answer questions using your stored notes and web search

Our services are primarily provided through iMessage, with a companion web application at palaura.ai for account management and settings.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
  • You may only create one account per person

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

User Conduct
